Prof. Dr. İhsan Doğramacı'yı Kaybettik

Üniversitemizin kurucusu ve Mütevelli Heyeti Başkanı Prof. Dr. İhsan Doğramacı 25 Subat 2010, Perşembe günü tedavi görmekte olduğu Hacettepe Üniversitesi Hastanesinde vefat etmiştir. Eğitim ve sağlık alanlarında tüm insanlığa yapmış olduğu katkılarla hatırlayacağımız Hocabeye rahmet, ailesine, Bilkent camiasina ve tüm sevenlerine başsağlığı dileriz.

Merhum Kurucumuz icin 27 Şubat 2010, Cumartesi günü 9:30 da Hacettepe Üniversitesi Sıhhiye Kampüsü M Salonunda, 13:30 da Bilkent Üniversitesi Konser Salonunda ve 28 Şubat 2010 Pazar günü saat 9:30 da Yükseköğretim Kurulu'nda anma törenleri düzenlenecektir.

Cenaze 28 Şubat 2010 Pazar günü Kocatepe Camiinde kılınacak öğle namazını takiben Bilkent Doğramacızade Ali Paşa Camiinde defnedilecektir.

Prof. Dr. Ihsan Dogramacı, founder and President of the Board of Trustees of Bilkent University, passed away on Thursday, February 25, 2010, at Hacettepe University Hospital where he was under treatment. We wish to extend our condolences to his family and the Bilkent community.

Commemoration ceremonies will be held in his memory at the following locations and times: Saturday, February 27, at 9:30 a.m. at Hacettepe University M Lecture Hall, at 1:30 p.m. the same day at the Bilkent University Concert Hall, and Sunday, February 28, at 9:30 a.m. at the Council of Higher Education.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, February 28, 2010, at Kocatepe Mosque following the noon prayers and burial will take place at the Dogramacizade Ali Pasa Mosque.
